We do our best to show products accurately, but:

- Sizing (e.g., "fits 20"–24"") is a guide — individual fit may vary
- Availability is not guaranteed; we may limit quantities or discontinue items at any time
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in USD and may change without notice
- Applicable sales tax / GST / HST / PST is added at checkout
- We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods shown at checkout
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders, even after confirmation
5. Orders
An order confirmation email means we received your order — not that we've accepted it. We may decline or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable stock. Your order is accepted once we ship it.

8. Promotions
Discount codes can't be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and aren't valid on previous purchases. We may modify or end promotions anytime and cancel orders that misuse codes.

All content on thegraxon.com — text, images, logos, designs, and the Graxon name — is our property and protected by U.S., Canadian, and international law. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content commercially without written permission.
10. User Content
If you post reviews, photos, or tag us on social media, you grant Graxon a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content for marketing. You confirm you own the content and that it doesn't violate any rights or laws.

- No Waiver: Not enforcing a right doesn't mean we've waived it.
- Assignment: You can't transfer these Terms; we can.
